You can reach the WishCoin editorial team by email at [email protected]. We read every message and try to answer within a few working days. There is no contact form, chat or phone line.

What to write to us about

  • Conversion errors. If the converter or any table gives a figure that looks wrong, send the amount you entered, the unit you chose and the result you saw.
  • Explanations. A passage in the satoshi guide that is unclear or out of date, ideally with a link to a primary source such as Bitcoin Core release notes or a BIP.
  • Ideas. Units or examples you would find useful.
  • Privacy. Questions or requests about the data described in our privacy policy.

Writing a useful report

A good correction tells us three things: which page, what it says now, and what it should say instead. For a sum, list each step you took so we can retrace it. Because the units are fixed by the protocol (one bitcoin is always 100,000,000 satoshis), most reports can be checked quickly, and confirmed fixes go live as soon as the page is updated. We do not publish the names of people who send corrections.

A word on safety

WishCoin will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, wallet passwords or exchange logins, and never offers to recover lost coins. Anyone who contacts you claiming to be from this site and asks for such details is not us. Please do not include wallet addresses or balances in your email either; we do not need them to fix a unit conversion.

What we cannot help with

WishCoin is a reference site, not a wallet, exchange or payment service. We cannot trace transactions, reverse a payment, speed up an unconfirmed transfer or advise on what to buy or sell. For problems with a transfer, contact the support team of the wallet or exchange you used.

More about the site is on the About page.
